We had a nice lie in today but Totty decided it was time to get up!!!

After breakfast we went out for coffee and found a nice café and sat in the sun.

We then went to look for a cabinet that will match our furniture and in which we can keep glasses as we have nothing now to put them in. Unfortunately, we didn't find anything.

We then went to the racecourse where they had the A&P show on (Agricultural & Pastoral). I didn't have any great expectations so we were very relieve to find it was good with lots going on. This show would be the equivalent of the county shows in UK.

We enjoyed the dog jumping, a dog has to jump into the trailer of a car and the bar is increased with each turn. I didn't like the end bit as one of the dogs was trying too hard and hurt his leg so maybe a little cruel. However, the spaniel that won had no problems jumping the barrier.

We saw sheep shearing which was very exciting and then pig racing which was not as good as the piglet racing we saw a few years ago.

We had a good Greek lunch and then we decided it was time to go, very sunburnt!

We stopped at the supermarket on the way home to buy out shopping and then went home.

I spent an hour on the deck in the sun between putting the chicken in a marinade and making pudding.

It was a lovely evening and we had dinner on the deck and sat chatting/ All in all a very nice day. Berite is playing up now though!!
