Shopping

Jon went to Auckland for the day today so was away early.

I took Totty for a walk and met the Liverpool man, still don't know his name and the longer I know him the harder it is getting to ask!

I then went to Tauranga and had a coffee before going to buy presents for two friends birthdays. I send so many presents and get so few acknowledgements to say they have arrived let alone a thank you. I just wonder if I gave a gift to somebody face to face would they just take it and say nothing? I don't think so!!!

I found some nice ankle boots with a low heal in the sale, just what I have been looking for, I live in boots in the winter here.I finally managed to find some black trousers. I took five pairs into the changing room and liked the last pair I tried on!

I then went to do my supermarket shopping so by the time I got home for lunch I was very hungry.

I made mango and coconut pnnacotta for pudding. It had started to rain so no walk. We have missed more walks in the last couple of weeks than we missed all winter.

Jon had got back from Auckland early so managed to get to the gym before coming home.

After dinner we watched Australian X factor and can't say I was impressed. Not the same format as UK, they have big, live audiences right from the start of the auditions.
