Heavy rain so no walk for Totty this morning.
We watched the ladies US tennis final and then went up to Gate Pa for coffee and muffin and it had stopped raining. Collected some book on the way back from a lady near here for the book sale. A lot of them were only fit for the bin. Jon said it was just a way of getting Lions to get rid of her rubbish for her!
Bought the newspapers and then came back and read them, very relaxing.
I was watching the tennis and Jon pointed out the time so had to make lunch.
We took Totty for a walk to Rotary Park the ground was very wet but it was warm and sunny.
Jon went to the range to hit balls but as my hand is still sore I didn't go and sat and read the papers.
I cooked some lamb shanks in a red wine and garlic marinade for dinner and they were really good and nice and easy.
TV then bed.
