Monday is housework so I did all the usual.
Went out for a walk with Tot.
When I came back Joan called and chatted for an hour. She has just had six weeks in UK so had lots to tell me.
It keeps looking like rain and my washing is out.
Jon came home for lunch and when he had gone back I did the bathrooms and just caught the rain starting so ran to get the washing in. I did some hand washing and my expensive jumper seems to have gone a funny shape, I hope it will be better when it dries.
I lit the fire as it always feels damp when it is raining.
I cooked the dinner, duck which was very good.
The poor people in the south are having a really bad time and there is so much damage and mess to be cleared away.
I fell asleep again watching TV!
