No Washing Machine again

I had to be up early to collect car today and went into work at the same time as Jon.

Got back home only to find the washing machine broken again and the man can't come till tomorrow and I have a full load of soggy washing in it.

I asked the nanny next door if she could spin it for me. Which she did but she also told me that Kim had been up in Auckland all weekend as her dad had a heart attack on Friday and was in hospital. He needs to have a bypass operation. I don't like bothering her so might have to take my washing to Viv.

I then took Tot for her walk.

I took one load of washing next door and two loads to Viv and one load of hand wash to spin. It is bad enough having no machine with just us but with visitors as well!!!!

I picked up my washing from Viv and the nanny next door, Sarah, had hung out my washing for me and then kindly bought it in and folded it and left it by the door in the basket.


I took Heather and Katharine to Maketu for a pie, I had my lunch earlier with Jon. The sea was very rough but it was nice and sunny.

On the way back we went to Kiwi 360 and looked around the shop and had the photo session by the big Kiwi.

I stopped at a very good vege shop on the way back, all organic and very good. We then went to Mark's orchard to pick some Kiwi fruit and came back with three bags of it, yummy!

Got home and stuck into preparing the dinner. I need a rest now.
