We all had a bit of a lie in this morning which was nice even though I was up three times with Tot last night!!
It was cold again but the sun soon came out and it was lovely.
We took Tot out and dropped a card off to Bronwyn for her birthday. We went into town for coffee. We left Heather at home playing with our new iPad.
After coffee we went to the library for books for Jon. On our way back to the car Jon spotted a sale at one of his favorite shops and just had to buy three new shirts as they 'were bargains'!
I have been looking for some new boots and after visiting some of the shops and finding one pair that were 'OK' I then went to a very nice shop that sells European shoes and found a lovely pair which fitted really well around my skinny ankles and they were reduced by $100 so another bargain. You get real bargains here in NZ.
We went home to find Heather still in her PJs and playing on the iPad!!!
We had lunch and Jon went to clean the car and potter in the garden which needed some tiding.
Heather and I went to Fraser Cove and did a few bits of shopping. We really should have been watching some TV to make room for Jon to record the Grand Prix.
We had a lovely dinner tonight and I made lemon posset and Madelenas for pudding.
