Very cold first thing this morning but also very sunny. I took Tot out and needed my scarf. I got ready and went out to the Red Cross and it was really cold inside the shop but when I went across the road for our coffee the sun was lovely and warm and the sky clear blue.
We had a busy morning at the shop and put a lot of stock our ready for tomorrow, lots of children and baby clothes. I found a lovely jacket for me and a track suit jacket to use for keep fit both new and really cheap. I brought some lovely PJ's home for the little girl nextdoor, I am sure she will love them. Heather called to say she had arrived safe and sound back in Tauranga with Katharine and they were going out for lunch with Michelle.
I got home and made lunch for Jon and I and sat outside in the sun, it is soooo warm today. It is on days like today that NZ comes into its own. Today is the equivalent of New Years Day and it is so warm and not a cloud in the sky.
Heather arrived home with Katharine and we had a chat and watched some TV and then she went off for a nap.
