After going to bed so late I slept well and Totty didn't wake me to put her cover on!!!
I took her for a walk but it was not a nice morning.
I met Les for coffee after she had been swimming but I thought it best not to go to the class as my ribs are still too sore. We only had an hour as I had to get to the PO to post the parcel to Louise and then get home for lunch before going to my second shift at the cancer rooms.
Fortunately there were not too many calls to make as it was the end of the lists so we were only there for an hour and a half and business was much better and not having somebody looking over my shoulder helped.
Got back and caught up with some emails and then got dinner ready and watched TV waiting for Jon to come home which he did just after 8.00pm. I was very relieved to see him as we had a really bad spell of weather and it was so windy I was worried about his flight as they are only small planes. I heard the next day that we had a tornado and the roof of a house was lifted off and landed in the garden centre where we go for coffee.
We had dinner watched TV and then went to bed.
WEATHER
Cold wet and windy first thing, dry later but then heavy rain and wind in the evening 17 degrees
