Another lovely day

Took Totty for a quick walk before going to the Red Cross and I am still feeling upset about things. I don't mind the thought of another operation it is the fact that it is now a VIN3 which upsets me.

Red Cross was quiet and I was able to chat to Les who has ha breast cancer and we talked about diet and how important it is so I will be making a few changes there. We had coffee and although Bianca is trying to convince me to change to a thermal mug I am sticking to the cardboard takeaway one as I don't like them!!!

I left the Red Cross and on the way home bought some green tea and cabbage - supposed to be very good.

I had lunch and then went out with Bronwyn, she had lunch and I had a cup of green tea, not my favorite thing but if it helps I will stick to it.

I told Bronwyn about and English butcher in Papamoa that Margaret had told me about so we went over there. Bronwyn was like a kid in a lolly shop! The owners are from Yorkshire and very friendly and they do some lovely things there. We bought some sausages, black pudding, pork pies and Bronwyn bought haggis - watch this space!

Got home and then went out for a walk with Totty.

Had fish and chips for dinner and then Malcolm called and we had a nice chat to him. Looks like he won't get down here till 2012 which is a shame.

WEATHER
Cold first thing then warm and sunny 17 degrees
