Really sunny today and a lovely day for a swim. I arrived at the pool and got undressed and the 'run' to the pool was quick and cold but once in the water it was lovely. We had a really good class with a new teacher, Shelly, who was stick thin and didn't stop for the whole of the class and it was really good. She had brought her baby daughter and she brought her into the pool after the class.
Les and I went to the new 88 Cafe and had the most amazing muffin, so big we had to share it. I will have to take Jon there at the weekend. As usual we sat chatting. It is not long before she has to leave to go back to S Africa and then on to UK. Hopefully her visa will come through quickly and she will be back in time for Christmas.
I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer so stopped by the supermarket to buy some on the way home.
I took Totty out for a walk to Rotary Park as Jon had a working meeting so was staying out for lunch so I just had the leftover tuna dip - again! Just as well I like it.
The windows were annoying me as they get so much condensation on them and were all streaky so I cleaned them. It is difficult when the sun is shinning on them but at least they look cleaner.
I went for a walk with Tot and delivered more flyers. It was a little easier with her this time.
I am up to date with Neighbours now as it is getting exciting.
Jon came home after the gym and I decided to have a glass of wine tonight while I cooked dinner, my first this week! I cooked chicken and mushrooms with rice and broccoli.
We watched TV and then went to bed.
WEATHER
Bright and sunny, cold first thing then warmer 16 degrees.
