Got my washing out early and then took Tot for a walk.
Janice called me to check what time I would pick her up and while I was on the phone I was standing looking out of the window and saw the cat from down the drive was on the children's trampoline nextdoor and he was having a really good time and I wish I had had a video. He was running round and round and then jumping up on the side nets before bouncing back onto the tampoline, really funny!!
I had to take my car for a WOF (warranty of fitness) MOT. I took it to the Ford garage where I bought it as I wanted to ask if they had managed to find my manual they had promised 10 months ago but the salesman was not there. They said they will ask him to call me - I won't hold my breath. I had to wait an hour and was glad I had my jacket on as it was so cold in there as they have all the salesroom doors open. It passed as I knew it would. I asked when it was due for a service as I have no service history either, I have another 800kms to do.
Got back and after a cup of coffee to warm me up I got stuck in to some housework.
Jon came home for lunch and we had the rest of the feta made into a Greek salad which was very nice.
I had to pick Janice up just before 2.00 to go and bunch the daffodils for the Cancer Society. We had to go to a church hall and it was lovely to walk in and see so many daffodils and the smell was lovely. There were varieties that I had not seen in UK a lovely orange one I particularly liked. It only took us till 3.30 and they were all done. They are all standing in pots of water with pretty yellow bows on and then they will be divided into areas and the Boys College and the Girls College pupils help deliver them tomorrow. A pretty good tried and tested fundraiser.
Got back and did my ironing while watching TV. and then walked Tot. You can really notice the difference with the longer days now.
WEATHER
After overnight rain lots of sun, then a bit of cloud 17 degrees
