A really lovely swim

I had a good night's sleep even though Jon was away and Totty, thankfully, didn't have to get up through the night.

I did consider not going to my aquacise class as it was so overcast when I got up at seven. By the time I had my breakfast and took Totty out the sun was out so I went to my class.

It was a really good class. The temperature of the pool was lovely and the sun came out but it wasn't too hot. We had a bit of an audience today as it is school holidays and there were lots of people in the spa pools and also lots of children waiting to come into the big pool. Les didn't come as her eye was still bad so I went off to Tay Street Cafe for coffee on my own and I couldn't resist the white chocolate and raspberry muffin but I could only manage half and took the rest home with me.

I went to Bayfair to look for a present for Kirsty's birthday but didn't see anything. I bought some big envelopes so that I could send the sarongs that we bought in Fiji to the girls.

I parceled the sarongs up but need to get Kirsty's present before I can send them.

Jon called in the evening to say he was fine and I had a salad and omellete for dinner but no wine as it makes me feel ill still.
WEATHER
After heavy rain overnight the day started very grey but by 9.00 the sun was out and the rest of the day was really warm and sunny.
