The class was really busy this morning and we had three new ladies and one man. We worked really hard and as it is still so warm I was really sweating again. I had booked to do a CPR class with St John after my keep fit class, Diane, the teacher, arranged it and it was very good and doesn't do any harm to keep up to date.
Alison came over to bring the plate back from the tiramisu and said she had enjoyed it. She also brought me some feijoas but I still can't decide if I like them or not.
Jon went swimming after work just for a bit of practice as the teacher is still on paternity leave.
I made a pork casserole with leeks and it was really good. It seems strange to be eating this sort of food as we haven't had stews or roasts for such a long time
WEATHER
Sunny and warm, back up to 22 again.
