Took Totty down to the beach this morning and when I got to the car park it was nearly full but there were only two people on the beach the rest were surfers in the water. I think they must all text each other when the surf is up and then head to the beach. Not sure what happens about work!
It was lovely on the beach and Totty enjoyed her digging for shells and made lots of holes.
Got back and then went for a coffee and then to do my shopping. I don't know where the time went as I only got back in time for Jon coming home and was still bringing the shopping in from the car!
Had a nice afternoon and read my book and nothing else, how lazy is that! Took Totty out for her walk. i am going to have to get out earlier as it is getting dark about 6.00 now.
Cooked some nice pork loin steaks for dinner and we had them with big Portobello mushrooms cooked in the oven with blue cheese and they were very tasty.
I had some wine tonight and I didn't itch so that is good but I didn't much enjoy the wine and wished I hadn't had it. This could be the end of my drinking days!
It is very hard being here and not able to speak to my sister easily and she is having such a difficult time with her husband who is so ill. All communication is through email and Facebook which seems so odd but at least I don't have to wait for letters to arrive.
WEATHER
Bright sunshine all day and so warm again.
