I had a busy day doing housework today. I decided I wanted to get it all done today and then that would be it for the week. I did pretty well in the morning and was ready for a coffee when Carol, the Avon lady, came over to bring my order. She had her little granddaughter with her, she is so sweet but very shy. We had a nice chat and then she left and I carried on with my housework.
I stopped for lunch when Jon came home and then back to it. I decided to give the shower a good scrub and got in to do it but slipped on the cleaning liquid and nearly broke my neck and really don't know how I didn't pull the door off the hinges! I then thought I would use my new mop to do the floor which was fine but I propped the mop up outside the bathroom while I went to empty the bin and as I walked to the kitchen I was looking in the bin to see what should be recycled and didn't see that the mop had fallen across the door and I went head over heals over it hurting my shin and foot in the process. What a day! I did get everything finished in the end and I am still in one piece.
Bronwyn came over with my plate and stayed for a cup of tea and a chat.
We had a nice piece of boiled bacon for dinner, the first time we have had it over here and it was very moist. The tiramisu is still going!

Sunny all day but with a strong south wind.
