Sunday

I really enjoyed my sleep last night and woke this morning feeling very well and rested. Less than two weeks now.

Heather called and I had a chat to her and then she spoke to Jon. A very relaxing morning as we then went out for coffee.

We went to have a look for a silicone flan dish but couldn't find one but I did find a ridged grill pan which I will need for the dinner tonight.

We went across to Bayfair and had a look around the shops and bought  a few things we needed before going home.

I tried to book cinema tickets online to see Tracks but their website is terrible and it would not go through so I ended up phoning them and they took the booking over the phone. As it was Sunday and not such a good day I thought it might be busy and I didn't want to end up sitting at the front of the very small theatre.

I made some lunch and then I had a phone call from a friend who was unable to come to the party as she was not well. I had to cancel on her when I had to take Jon to the hospital so we have now made another date and hopefully it will be third time lucky!

We went to Tauranga and parked and walked to the cinema and bought an ice cream before going into the theatre. We really enjoyed the film, a little slow but lovely scenery and it brought back some lovely memories of our trip to Australia.

When we got out it had been raining and I thought about my washing all wet for the second time. I really miss my dryer and I don't use it much!!

We got back and fortunately my washing was not too wet. Jon made a cuppa and we had a sit down.

Dinner tonight was burgers again as I have some left - the rest I will have to freeze and hopefully use before we go. We then had some cheese that I had bought for the party and forgot to put out!! I can see us living on leftovers for the next few days.

Time for bed now and I am really tired again. I have had to take my wedding ring off again as my finger is swollen and very itchy and red. I cleaned my ring with Tea Tree but it didn't help. Not sure what it is but it looks messy.
