What a beautiful morning today, sunny, no wind and hot!! I love it.

Jon had to go in to the office today as they were testing the new monitor and he had things to do.

I rang Margaret and decided to go for a walk with her round the Mount. The walk was lovely as it always is such a lovely place to walk. We got back and went to one of the cafes for coffee. I saw some of the ladies from the aqua class just finishing coffee and had a chat to them.

Coffee, yes, I had a coffee and the blueberry and chocolate muffin we shard was super scrummy with lots of lumps of dark chocolate!!

We sat and had a chat and then went into the shops to find a new hairbrush for me. Now that my hair is a bit longer my old brush is not so good when I blow dry it. so I needed to find a thicker one which I did and not too expensive.

We came home and I dropped Margaret home and came home myself. Jon came in not long after me and had been at the office all morning and even missed out on his coffee!!

I made his lunch and we watched a TV programme and then he had to do some work in the office (upstairs office) so I did a few bits around the house.

Jon had a meeting at 4.00 so left to go to that and I did some ironing. Not sure why I chose a really hot day to do it but I needed to get it out of the way as it has been annoying me.

I took meatballs out of the freezer for dinner and made a tomato sauce to go with them and pasta.

After dinner we watched TV and just as I was coming up to do my blog I remembered I hadn't watered the plants so had to do it before they all start to droop as it was so hot.
