Another lazy morning today and no rush to get up!

Jon had a much better night last night due to the smaller bag - long my it continue, I want to go home!

I rang my sister and had a nice chat to her as I haven't spoken to her for ages. She is still waiting for a date for her surgery.

We had breakfast and then later on we went to have a coffee down near the Mount. We then went to Nosh, the deli. They had a market day on with lots of free samples and cooking demos. We bought a few things and then we came home.

We didn't really do much for the rest of the day. I made lunch and then baked some scones to have for tea and Jon sat on the deck in the sun. I did some sweeping in the garden. The grass is very long as the man has not been to cut it and we don't have any tools so it is just getting longer by the day!

I tried to sort out my huge collection of photos I have on my ipad. I decided to put them into individual albums so that I don't have to look through them all to find a particular one. The only problem is I sort them and put them in named albums but then if I delete them from the camera roll it deletes them from the album, too and I don't know how to sort it out. It seems sill having them stored in two places?

Not sure what has upset Bertie today but he has not been at his best. Could be coming off the antibiotics, who knows with Bertie!

We had some lamb chops cooked on the bbq tonight and I made kebabs with Haloumi and tomato. I also used some of our courgettes that are still growing but very small but they didn't cook well so I think it is time I pulled the plant up.

I have a stack of magazines which I need to get rid of so I spent the evening going through them and taking photographs of the recipes I like and any little bits of information which might be useful and once done I can give the magazines away.

Off to bed now.
