Sunday

It was lovely and sunny this morning when we got up but it was very windy.

I had some bread and crackers that needed to be thrown away so we decided to go up to McLaren Falls and have a coffee at the new café there and then feed the ducks.

We arrived at the falls and there was a notice saying 'café closed due to private function' dam!

We went down to the lakeside and fed the ducks very quickly as it was so windy up there and we left.

We went to the garden centre we went to last week and sat in the courtyard in the sun and had a coffee and it was so warm we had to take out coats off.

We got back home and took Totty out for a walk and had a look at the progress of the new house that is being built on the hill below out house. It looked a small plot but the house looks huge although there is not much garden. I am sure it is going to be lovely when it is done.

I spent the rest of the day on the computer putting photos on Facebook.

I cooked a butterfly chicken for dinner tonight that had been marinated in lemon and herbs and it was really good.

We then watched XFactor before I rang my sisters for a chat.

Going to bed now and I hope Jon has left my side of the electric blanket on tonight as it was not as toasty last night as I was later than him going to bed. He is scared I will forget it and not turn it off and we will die in our bed!!!
