Saturday

I had a horrible night last night and could not sleep at all which makes me cross and then I can sleep even less! Of course when it was time to get up I was fast asleep.

I showered and only just made the end of the tennis - I really hope he does it tomorrow.

We went down to Bayfair and sat outside and had a coffee and it was so hot.

We went to the Food Show and the queue was so long I could not believe it. It did move pretty fast and we were soon in and sampling all the goodies. However, it was so crowded and very hot we didn't stay too long and it was good to get outside but the queue was still very long to get in. I think they should have used both of the big halls as it was too small for the amount of people.

We went along to Nosh a very plush deli and tried more food and wine there than at the food show. I bought some beef for dinner tonight and a few other things including a Lemonchello tiramisu!!!

We then went to Bayfair and had some lunch before having a look for a new garlic press as I am finding mine hard to use due to a bit of arthritis in my fingers but I didn't find one.

We got home and I hung out the washing and I did some photo editing on Facebook. Jon took Tot for a walk and so the afternoon passed.

I cooked the beef for this evening and it was very good and we then watched some TV.
