Jon lit the fire for me first thing as it was so cold which made the house nice and warm.
Had a nice shower and it feels a bit easier now.
Feeling very sore but managed to take a slow walk around the block with Totty.
Came back and spent the rest of the morning just watching TV and reading.
Jon came home at lunch time and we had the soup I had made the other day, pea and ham.
Alison invited me over for a cup of tea in the afternoon and we had a chat and some of her lovely oaty slice which is sooo good.
Took spaghetti sauce out of the freezer for tonight, nice and easy.
Jon had his 8 week asssessment at the gym this evening. He feels fitter but hasn't lost any weight but has lost fat.
Nice to have the fire on these days. It is not needed in the afternoon but it is very welcome at night.
WEATHER
Very cold with a strong south wind but sunny all day.
