Couldn't go to my keep fit this morning as I didn't want to burst my stitches. took Totty out and then went over to the shop the Lions use at Bethlehem to sort some books out for the book sale. These are all the books leftover from the last one. some of them will never sell as they are so old and tatty so we binned them and sorted the rest. The Lions are very lucky they have been allowed to use this empty shop to store the books and hold the sale. It saves having to move things around and the books can be sorted as they come in. The sale will be in December. I was there longer than I had thought and there were only four other ladies there but we had a good laugh about some of the titles.
Came home and made lunch and then started to get some things ready for holiday. Did a bit of ironing and lit the fire and then got the dinner ready.
Jon came home and we sorted out things for holiday. It takes a bit of thinking out as we leave here in winter - warm clothes, arrive in Brisbane and it is warm, need clothes for dinner at the hotel and overnight and the long flight the next day. We will pack a case and leave it in the car at Auckland airport hotel with our winter PJs and warm clothes to wear when we get back - it all makes my head hurt!!!
