Was up and out with Totty earlier than usual as I needed to get my hair dyed. There was a cold wind but at least it was dry. Totty is being very good and using her arificial grass we have put down for her toilet.
Got my hair done and lots of housework. It is amazing how much I get through when I don't go on the computer - such a time waster.
Made a sandwich for Jon's lunch and then went out to have my pedicure. I went to the salon that belongs to one of the ladies I was on the golf lessons with. I had a $10 voucher from the celebrity night so thought I would give them a try. It was so nice, I had the pedicure and massage which was 50 minutes and well worth it. I now have very nice pink toes ready for Thailand. I saw Jay, the owner, at the reception and she said we should get out and hits some balls sometime but it will be after our holiday.
Got back after popping into the supermarket to buy a few things for holiday and get a birthday card for Jon so I had a very late lunch and watched Neighbours. I then did the rest of my housework before taking Totty out for her afternoon walk.
Had a chat to my neighbour on the way back, she was chopping some kindling ready to light her fire. She said she will collect our post for us while we are away. I gave her a Kiwiana fruit that Jon had been given. She said they had never tried it. I told her not to worry if they didn't like it, we don't, but it would be something the children might like to try as it does look very interesting.
I thought Jon was going to the gym as he took his things but he came home as he has hurt his shoulder with his new routine and didn't want to aggravate it.
I made some nice pork stir fry with rice and some of the leftover pork and there is still enough left for lunch tomorrow!

Showers and a cold wind but not too bad a day.
