After getting more washing on and taking Totty for a walk I was off to have the x-ray and ultrasound on my right shoulder.
They did the x-ray first and then I had to wait a little while for the ultrasound. I went through to the consultation room and after asking me lots of questions she started t0 scan me. She did the left shoulder and I thought she was doing that to compare them. She went to find the doctor who came and scanned me again and told me my right shoulder was bad too! I told her it was my right I had come about in the first place! Well to cut a long story short it seems both shoulders are bad and she referred me to have physio to 'teach me how to use them properly'.
For the rest of the day I did washing and ironing and generally got things sorted after the holiday.
Not really too cold here and nowhere near as cold as it was last winter - so far!

Quite mild but cloudy this morning with sunny spells, rain at night
