We didn't really do much at all today.
I took Tot out this morning as it was forecast to rain so I wanted to make sure she had her walk.
I did some washing this morning and Jon got up late and then watched TV. He is very quiet today and he is very, very bored and fed up.
After lunch he went to sort out Bertie just as my friend and Avon lady arrived not good timing but never mind she understood. Jon then had a sleep. I imagine it must be the morphine that is making him sleep so much but probably the best thing for him.
It was nice to sit and chat with Carol and I showed her the wedding photos so that was nice to go through again.
Jon was still asleep when she left so I had a quiet hour, without the TV on, and read my book.
We had to have the fire on again tonight as this house is so cold. It is amazing how warm it is when you go outside and I look a bit silly dressed up to walk the dog with my coat and scarf on only to find it is too hot!! I am sure we weren't still having a fire this time last year.
I made the dinner and we watched TV and then Jon went to bed,
