We both had a pretty good night last night and didn't wake till 8.00
I logged into Facebook when I was dressed to see how the walk went and it looks like it all went very well, well done to everyone especially Heather who must be very relieved that it is all over.
After breakfast i asked Jon if he wanted to come out for a walk with me and Totty and he said OK. Between Totty and Jon it was pretty slow going but we managed to make it all the way round the block.
I went out to get our coffee and then I did a bit of housework. Although it is very sunny it is very cold in the house and so much nicer outside.
Jon is in a lot of pain today and finds it better to stand up so he is getting on with his jigsaw but then he does get tired standing and has to lie down.
We had some soup for lunch and then I went out to buy a mattress cover and i bought some birthday cards for the coming month as I have been a bit forgetful of late!!
I stopped in at the supermarket to buy a chicken for our dinner.
Once home it was time to feed Tot and make a cup of tea.
I lit the fire again as it does get cold. I think we have enough logs for about another ten fires so hopefully the weather, or at least this house, will get better.
The dinner was good and we then watched some TV before Jon went to bed and I watched the netball. Yes, I said netball!!
