I woke at 6.30 after a very bad night and my whole body has ached overnight and I had some pretty, horrid, vivid dreams. I have a horrible cough and a really tight chest. I never get ill in NZ!
Not really in the mood to do much and I don't think I should spread around what I have and hope Jon does no get it.
Jon and I went down to the building society and paid off the mortgage which is a very nice feeling. We had a coffee and I bought some socks!
I did lots and lots of washing this morning for the girls, I don't know why they let it build up and then drying is an issue and the place looks like a Chinese laundry!
I spoke to my sister and she told me that Barbara is improving but it will take six weeks. I just hope she will manage hen she gets home on her own.
Our bed was due to be delivered today between 1.00 - 4.30. It finally arrived at 5.40 what a waste of an afternoon. I put all the new covers on and it looks nice but very big in that small room.
I rang my elderly neighbour but there is no reply and I haven't seen any movement over there since we arrived and I did not want to pass on whatever I have so I didn't go over. I will have to go and ask one of the neighbours who checks in on her to find out where he is.
Jane and Jason came over for dinner as Jane and Kirsty were dying each others hair tonight. I made spaghetti bolganaise but forgot Jane didn't like it so she had a bit of a hissy fit and I ended up making her a tomato sauce - I must say I don't miss the cooking of various meals every night!
I was still feeling rough and Jon has started to sniff!!! So we had an early night.
