Friday

I got up early to do my ironing and thought I would check the bridesmaids dresses. Goo job I di as the dressmaker said she would press them and didn't, it took me over an our and a half to do them and I found a pin in Heathers and had to try and ease it out through the seem. But they look good now, so glad I checked today!

So Kirsty and I were late going to Cambridge and a live mouse running round the living room made us later!

I found some nice shoes that fit. I think I will have to spend the rest of my life wearing peep toes and sling backs as they are the only shoes that fit and my boots!

Kirsty found some ice shoes and I found some ballet pumps to replace the ones I broke.

We went to Debenhams and I bought some body underwear and a nice dress and cardigan for Sunday.

We had a nice coffee and I bought some medication from Boots to try and rid myself of this runny nose.

We stopped by at Mary's to get some sand to weigh down some bags that are to have candles in for the reception.

We got home and Heather's friend was there with her baby who is very cute.

I did all my ironing in the afternoon before getting ready to meet the family and Malcolm for dinner at Quy Mill.

We had a lovely evening and catch up with the family despite the long wait we had for dinner.

We got home and sorted out the bed for Jane as she was on the bed settee. She texted Kirsty once we were all in bed to say the mouse had appeared and Kirsty had to come down and get it. She managed to keep it away from the cat and put it outside so hopefully it survived,
