We had to get up early this morning so that we could have a chat to Jane. The time difference at this time of year is a real pain. We chatted to her about her house move next week, the plans for her wedding and their trip down here so a long time.
I then took Tot out for her walk and although it was really sunny there was a cold south wind blowing causing quite a chill.
We then all went out to Tay Stree Cafe down on the beach to have breakfast - a treat from Heather. After that we took a trip to the shop at the Mount and then came home to read the Sunday papers.
Spent the rest of the day 'pottering'. There seems to be so much stuff around the house that needs to be put away after the holiday and I suppose I will eventually get it all sorted.
Heather went off to play a netball match and Jon washed the car and I watched Downton Abbey. I will need to rent the DVD as the last episode looks really good and the Sky ran out of space so did not record.
I cooked the dinner and we watched a programme that had recorded while we were away on the aftermath of the Japanese Tsunami. Not sure how it recorded but it was very interesting and so we were glad it had.
After dinner I put more photos on facebook and then went to be to get ready for a very busy week as Katharine, Heather's friend arrives on Friday and Heather is sooo excited.
WEATHER
Bright and sunny 18 degrees but a southerly wind.
