I packed our cases and sorted out the house, put a load of towels on to wash and then went to buy some nail varnish remover pads so I don't have to take a bottle with me. I also bought some snack things to take with us to keep Heather happy in the evenings when we want to go for a drink and she is hungry.
Walked Tot with Peter and met Bronwyn on the way back, she needed some baking paper so she came over and I gave her all what I had left in the fridge and the Kiwi fruit.
I had lunch and then went to have my mammogram ouch. it really does hurt but you just have to do it.
Went and bought a new fleece and then home for a cuppa.
Off to take Totty to kennels now :-( and Jon and Heather should be here when I get back and we will be hitting the road to Auckland. I'm excited now and no planes have been cancelled today due to the ash.
