Another cold day

When I looked out the window this morning it looked like a winter's day in UK with frost on every roof. However, Jon said that by the time he got up to the main road the temperature was up by three degrees so I guess we are in a dip and so I am going to have to get used to frost. At least the sun is out and it will soon be warmer.

I went to my keep fit class which was good and stayed for coffee and chat before going to the supermarket to buy some orange juice.

I stopped in at my friend's Janice to give her two lovely new tops I had bought at Red Cross, she will try them on and let me know.

I got home and took Tot out for her long walk and it was by now lovely and warm.

I had lunch and called a few people who had left messages and arranged to meet Margaret for the keep fit lunch tomorrow.

It was soon time to go out to my aqua aerobics class. It was lovely and warm in the pool and the class was really good but getting out was cold. As it was getting dark and there was a queue for the showers I just got dressed and went home but as the pools are salty my skin feels horrible.

I arrived home at the same time as Jon who is still struggling with his cold.

I made dinner and we watched TV. I am having an early night tonight as Kirsty is going to call in the morning so I need to get up.

WEATHER
Cold and sunny 17 degrees
