We all had a lovely lie in today and once up and after taking Tot our for her walk we went out on the kayak and it was lovely.
We then went up to the local garden centre to have a coffee and a date scone and Heather had French toast and berries and it was lovely and warm sitting in the sun.
We got back and could put off Heather's packing no longer! What a hard job it was to fit everything in and with the use of the vacume bags we finally managed it and she has two cases which weigh 22kls and one of 19 to allow for hairdryer and straighteners - phew.
Heather then went over to see Lisa and say goodbye to her and I made lunch for Jon and I.
After lunch I started on our packing which was much easier as we don't want to take much but deciding what to take is the problem as we are not sure what the weather is going to be like. Finally finished we had a cup of tea and fed Tot and now I am off to take her to kennels.
The weather looks set for good sunny days apart from a few thunderstorms tomorrow which will upset Tot. I never get over feeling uilty at leaving her in kennels and she makes it worse as she starts to look sad as soon as the cases come out.
