Packing, packing and more packing!

After such a busy few days in QLD it was lovely to have  a bit of a lie in this morning and I didn't wake till 8.00 and Jon had already left!

After a shower and hair wash I had a cuppa and hung out the first load of washing before taking Tot for her walk.

I spent the rest of the morning uploading photos onto FB and doing more washing.

I went into Tauranga later and sat in the sun and enjoyed a coffee before going to buy another packing box for Heather as she has too much stuff to put into two cases. Shame she didn't realise this when she sent two boxes last week!

I popped into one of my favourite shops as it had a sale on and bought two pairs of really nice shorts and a pretty cotton day dress.

Back home and after a sandwich I helped with some of the files that Heather needs to have ready for the Genera relaunch tomorrow. We will all be glad when it is over!
Heather has a muddle of 'stuff' all over the house, work things and various piles of things to go home and some to be kept on top of cases that she will need in HK!!!

I made a nice sausage and pasta dish tonight for dinner - one of Heather's favourites.

After dinner whilst doing some ironing I had a brainwave!! Heather will need to pay for one case from HK to Heathrow (from Auckland to HK she is allowed two as we are flying premium economy)so I suggested that she buy another case and pay excess baggage for two as that works out cheaper than sending a box. She checked with Air NZ and she can do it so now she just needs to go and buy another cheap case and she will be fine. That said it means we will have  five cases to take with us to HK!!! She has bought far too much since coming here!!!
