Having booked a wake up call I was glad I had set my alarm as the wake up call didn't happen!! I was up at 6.15 and ready to go by 6.40 and Heather was ready soon after. Not sure what happened to the wake up call and nor was reception when I told them!!
We got out of the hotel and were just about to set off on the ten minute walk to domestic when we saw the transfer bus so we go onto that. It is the first one I have ever seen in all the times I have been walking between the two terminals and it came at the right time as I did not want to pull my case all that way.
We checked in and then bought some coffee and waited for our flight which took off on time and although a little bumpy was not too bad and we arrived five minutes early.
Jon was there to collect us and we went down to The Mount for breakfast and to a bar we had not been to before and will not go to again as it was not the best. Heather bought a Big Mac on the way home.
When we got back Tot was very pleased to see us! I got stuck in to sorting out washing and put it on as we only have a few days before we go away again.
I spent the morning uploading photos and chatting to Jon. We went out for a coffee and to do a bit of shopping before coming home again.
The day passed quickly and I got lots of washing done but drying it was a different matter - I really wish summer would start!!
Heather is finally sorting out her things to go home and has realised she has too much to fit into two cases and will probably need another box - I just hope it will only be the one!!
Jon and I took Tot out this evening and then Jon cooked a bbq for dinner which was very good.
After dinner I sat down in the garden for a while listening to the water as the tide came in and it was so peaceful.
We have a few hectic days now with the Genera launch on Tuesday and sorting out Heather's packing and our own - I will be glad when we are on our way!
