Too much to do!

I woke at 6.30 this morning and could not get back to sleep. I have a very busy brain at the moment.

Kirsty called later this morning just as I was getting ready to go to keep fit so I only had a few minutes to speak to her but she spoke to Jon long after I left.

Keep fit was a good class but it was really hot in the hall today, worse than summer! I didn't stay for coffee as we had a removal man coming to give us a quote and Jon had to leave to meet with the travel agent to pick up our tickets and travel things.

The man that quoted today was much nicer than yesterday's man and made us feel more comfortable. He even got his quote in by this afternoon which is less than we thought it would be.

Once he left I got on with all the many jobs I have to do my head is buzzing with it all.

Jon came home and made his lunch and I did yet more ironing but it is at last all up to date.

We ordered a new bed for the UK to be delivered on the Monday after we arrive. All our credit/debit cards have NZ as the billing address and the site would not accept them so we used an old UK one that we don't normally use and it went through. Kirsty phoned this evening to say she had had a call to ask if it was a genuine order or a credit card fraud - just as well she knew what we had done!! Very good they checked though.

I went out to my aqua aerobics class this afternoon which was, as always, really good. I stayed for a while in the hot pools after the class and then went home.

I made dinner and did some crochet, I find it very therapeutic and we watched TV.

Hopefully, my brain will let me sleep tonight as I am really tired. It is just like it was when we came down here.
