I was up and ready and off out to my osteopath appointment by 8.45 this morning. I love my osteopath, she is so good and makes my back feel so much better, I will really miss her.
I am so busy at the moment and have so much to do that, thankfully, food is the last thing on my mind which is good.
I got back home and rushed around with the cleaner upstairs and downstairs, Totty didn't know where to hide and I still managed to get over to see Alison for a coffee by 10.30.
I haven't had a chat with her, lots of emails, for ages so it was nice to have a face to face considering she only lives five minutes away.
When I got home Jon was in and a man from a removal company was here talking about packing up all our things. He left a folder behind with all the information in and will get the quote to us by Wednesday. I have a feeling he might be expensive as the cost of the posh folder has got to come from somewhere. Watch this space.
We had lunch and then I went into Tauranga to buy a baby present and a few things to take back to UK. We have to be careful with our weight as we only have 30kgs each on Thai Airlines and that is Business class, a bit stingy if you ask me.
I have been trying to find out if we can get Jon's colostomy bags in UK and finally spoke to a nurse in Newmarket today and she told me they are £84 + 20% VAT a box and as he will need at least two boxes it would be nearly £200!! I think we could bring a whole case full and excess baggage would not be that much and we get them free here so not sure what to do about that - just one more thing to think about.
I went to the post office to post my parcel and a card and then went round to see Sharon with some things I had for her and her mum's birthday present and I stayed for a cup of tea - much needed.
Once home I needed to scan some papers into the computer to send to a friend in UK and that took ages and in between I cooked the dinner.
We watched a bit of TV and I then went up to the office to send some overdue emails. Bed now. I am looking forward to Saturday when I am all packed and have said goodbye to Totty and on our way to Auckland.
WEATHER
23 degrees sunny.
