A very humid day

Jon was up early this morning and I was up not long after him. I have this really annoying tickle in my throat and a horrible cough.

I had ordered a canvas print of us all standing in the doorway of the church at Kirsty's wedding and it arrived today and is really big but very nice. Now I have to decide where to hang it.

Jon left for work and is out to a lunch today and also a dinner so no sandwiches to make.

I went to my keep fit class and it was hard work due to the humidity, I was dripping and it was nice when we had a shower of rain. I stayed for a coffee and chat after class. That is the last class now till January 14.

I went to the pharmacy at the doctors surgery to ask them to order Jon's medication when the prescription was faxed through. To my surprise it was already there so it saved me another trip to collect it.

I went home and walked Tot and then got changed and went over to the Mount and had a French manicure done on my toes and hands and it looks very nice.

I went to the butcher on the way home and bought 'the ham' so we are sorted now.

I got back and had some lunch and a sit down before hanging out the washing. Not sure if it will dry as it is humid with the occasional shower.

I left the house again to go to my aqua class and on the way stopped at Pilot Bay to take a photo of the huge cruise ship that is in 'Celebrity Solstice', it is enormous and I would have liked to have been on The Mount to see it go past tonight.

I was a little late getting to my class which was very good as always with Carla.

After class four of us went to have fish and chips at a local bar on the front and we saw the cruise ship leaving. I am not sure I would like to go on one that big.  Our dinner was lovely but a very big portion and we had a lovely evening, Carol, Monica, Jan and I.

I got home at 7.30 and Jon was still out so I sat and watched TV till he came in at about 8.15. He said he didn't stay for pudding as he was too tired.

It is really warm again tonight and very humid. I heard on the news today that we might get the tail end of Cyclone Evan coming down from Fiji and it will be just in time for Christmas!!! Oh well, not much we can do about the weather and at least we have not had it as bad as Fiji and Samoa.
