We were both up early this morning and when Jon was in the shower I called my friend, Jenny, in the UK for a chat which was very nice for both of us to catch up.
Once off the phone I put the washing on and then died my hair which was long overdue!
The rest of the morning I spent cleaning and washing. I have a really sore throat which started yesterday and now feels like sandpaper.
I left for my Pilate's class and found a plant and a card on the doorstep from Viv but I didn't hear her come to the door.
My class was really good but I am feeling a bit sore now not sure if it is the class or just this throat thing.
I then took some cardboard to the tip and went to the supermarket to buy some lettuce and some ice pops for Tot.
Back home I carried on with my housework and then I was finally able to put the Christmas tree up and it looks very pretty.
I rang Viv and she said she had rung the bell but it is a bit hit and miss and as I had the vacuum cleaner on I might not have heard it. We have arranged to go for a coffee tomorrow after my keep fit class.
It was really hot again today so I gave Tot one of the ice pops and she really liked it.
My throat gradually got worse and I feel pretty rough now.
Jon came home and I made the dinner and then we watched a Frost but the recording ended before the end!!
Just doing a quick blog and then off to bed and hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.
