A stormy night

Jon was working from home today for a change and so no hurry this morning but we were still up early.
I took Tot out for her walk and then went to my aqua class in Greerton. The pool is much cooler there but it was a very good class. I spoke to Carla after the class and she told me she is from Sao Paulo and that is where she did her training and why it is so different to the Kiwi teachers who, I think, are just aerobic teachers and not trained for aqua. She told me all gyms have pools and it is very common to do aqua in Brazil. Everybody loves her class that is for sure even the old ladies. She said she get home every year as she misses her family.

On the way home I picked up some coffees and a muffin for Jon and I and we sat out on the deck as it was warm and sunny and the tide was in and looking pretty.

Jon went back down to the office and I sat for the rest of the day trying to work out how to edit my photos on this new system. Even with the helpful email from my nephew I still could not do it. Eventually, I realised what I was 'not' doing!! Which was ticking the 'apply' icon - so simple but it has been a real pain. I was then able to upload all my photos from the weekend when I should have been doing my ironing.

Finally finished the photos and it was pouring with rain so I couldn't take Tot out so got stuck into the ironing and did a lot of it.

I made some vegetable soup this afternoon so I did manage to get something done.

It is really windy now and rain is lashing against the windows but the weather people say it will be gone by tomorrow.

WEATHER
Cloudy with some sun wind and rain late afternoon 22 degrees
