Although the sun was out when I got to the pool there was a chill wind and the water was not as hot as usual. The usual teacher was not there and we had the class with the manager who, although not as good as Louis, is very nice and tries his best. The exercises where we had to lift our arms out of the water were not very nice as it was so cold. Not sure how long I will keep this up in the winter. I didn't pick Les up as she has moved house and it is not on my way.
After a nice long spell in one of the hot pools I made a quick dash for the shower and managed to get in the disabled one as the water is always hot in that one!
Les and I went for a coffee and sat for a long time chatting as we usually do.
I got back and took Totty out and then popped over to see Bronwyn with a dress I had for her grand daughter.
Had lunch when I got back and it was then 2.00. Jon was a t a meeting in Hamilton and so not home for lunch.
Had a walk with Totty and met my neighbour who has a three month old puppy and it is so sweet but much too boisterous for Totty!
Made a nice dinner of fish fillets with a tomato, courgette and basil sauce topped with cheese - yummy.
WEATHER
Sun and cloud but with a cold wind. A few showers later.
