Took Totty out for a long walk and met one of the ladies I met a few months ago at Tricia's bbq. It is just typical that when I haven't got time to chat I meet someone.
I was late getting to the Red Cross but fortunately it wasn't busy. It did get busier through the morning though. We still don't have much stock as the container from Australia has been held up at customs but hopefully it will be in next week. The news about Noleen is not good, she is not responding to treatment.
Went to my golf lesson and it was really warm and sunny. We did driving today and I did OK only two more to go.
Got home and saw Bronwyn who invited me over later for a cuppa. Had lunch and did a few bits and pieces and then went across to Bronwyn's. She told me she had seen my photo in the paper with my golf group but I hadn't seen it. I was very good and only had a cup of tea and said no to a glass of wine.
Got back and fed Totty and then took her out and it was dark by the time I got back. Looked at the photo in the paper, very good.
Jon got back from Auckland on time and we had fish and chips as usual.
The forecast is for thunder so we might have a rough night.
WEATHER
Forecast was for rain but it never happened , very warm again 21 degrees.
