It was cold getting into the pool this morning but during the class the sun came out and we were really warm. I had a good swim after the class and then five minutes in the hot pool before rushing into the shower.
I went to meet Les for coffee. Her eye is still not right so she could not go to the class. We had a nice long chat and I hope she felt a bit better afterwards.
Jon had a meeting in Hamilton today so was not home for lunch.
Took Totty out and cooked the dinner. Jon came home late as he went to the gym.
