Wednesday

Nothing much on this morning so I took Totty out for her walk and then did a few chores around the house.

I went to the gym at 12.00 for my induction which I really enjoyed but had very wobbly legs after the class.

I came home and had some lunch then got stuck into my ironing and am just about finished.

I rang Margaret to arrange to pick her up tomorrow and she told me her daughter in law had fallen off her horse on Saturday and has a compound fracture of her leg. She is allergic to anaesthetic and thought it was noted in her notes as she has had surgery at the hospital once before. It wasn't noted and the gave her anaesthetic to set it and she went into anaphylactic shock, had a blood clot and nearly died. They had to get the crash team to her and they brought her round and she is now doing OK. She is coming home tomorrow but will be on crutches for weeks.

Jon came home and watered the plants and then we had dinner and watched some TV.

My blog is getting a little boring now.
