I thought I ought to make the most of the sun today as the forecast is for showers tomorrow so I managed to get all my washing, washed, dried and ironed.
Last week I sent off my form for a mammogram with a copy of my visa and on Friday it was returned to me saying I am eligible for the free breast screening service and they have given me an appointment for 21 May. I phoned them today for a time and they have now moved it forward to 14 May at 1.40 so far it all seems very efficient. They do mammograms every two years here, ouch!
Jon has been given some Kiwi fruit at work today so I won't need to buy any for a while. He is off to Sydney on Wednesday and, hopefully, will be back late on Thursday night. He is also getting a new car!
