For the start of the bank holiday it was a bit cold and overcast but at least dry.
We took Totty down to our little beach in the park and the tide was in so not much beach. However, she did find an eel which looked half dead and disgusting. I had to put her on the lead and drag her away as she kept trying to sniff it and I have heard they can be a bit nasty. Ugh!
We went into the shopping centre and had our coffee and then went looking for the wood factory but didn't find it so ended up buying some in a garage.
I had been given a nice photo frame from my friends at the WSH before I left and had not got round to putting a photo in it so we went to get one done.
After that nothing much - back for lunch and then Jon washed the car and I pottered about.
It looked like it was going to rain so we took Totty out early to the park and then came back and lit the fire - mmmm cosy.
i cooked some really good rack of lamb for dinner - I have never cooked it before and had to get a recipe off the internet. It was really delicious and next time it is on special I will try it again.
