Shopping

It was raining a lot this morning when we got up.

I had a chat to Barb as she is going away on holiday and I think she is so brave going on her own.

I went into Tauranga, had a coffee, went to the library, picked up some leaflets on Wellington, bought a lovely merino blanket for my nephew's baby and parceled it and some other things I have bought and sent it off.

I then went to register Alison and I for the for fun run next Wednesday for breast cancer. They have a new T shirt this year so I bought one of those, too. I will have to let Alison know in case she wants to buy one.

I have been having a lot of neck pain and so stopped off at the chiropractor clinic where they are offering a free spinal scan with no obligations so I made an appointment for next Tuesday.

As I was busy this morning I didn't have time to do my supermarket shop so had to do it after lunch.

Took Totty out for a very wet walk but as she hasn't had a good walk for a few days, due to the weather, I made her go out but she really doesn't like the rain.

We are trying to plan a trip away for Christmas but can't decide where to go. The Cook Islands was our first choice but it really isn't good value as the prices go up so much for Christmas. Cairns is going to be too hot so we might try the far north of NZ as we haven't bee that far yet, we need to do some planning.

Pretty miserable all day but still 20 degrees!!!
