I managed to get Totty out for a walk before my keep fit class but just a quick one. Really good class and enjoyed chatting and coffee after the class. I was talking to a lady who is from Liverpool and moved down here in the 60s. She has a sister living in Bootle, where I am from, and another living in Southport!!! It is a very small world.
After the class I had to go and collect a parcel from NZ Couriers and it was my very late contact lens but better late than never.
I got back and had enough time to get changed and have my lunch before picking Janice up to go to the book room. We sorted the jigsaws and priced them and that took us nearly two hours. I found two CDs of Australian music and took them home to listen to and I really like them so will buy them. Janice said we sold CDs for $2 each last year so I feel I have a bargain.
Got back and took Totty out for an early walk as I needed an early dinner as we have a Lions business meeting tonight at Wendy's house. We went there a few weeks ago but it was dark and tonight we could see the views from her house and she looks across the harbour and the views are lovely and I found it hard to concentrate on the meeting as I was watching the change in the harbour as the tide was coming in.
Go home and Jon had arrive home at 8.15 after a slight delay.
