We had a really good class this morning at the pool. The teacher had us trying to do a relay race and it was so funny and hard work. The new lady, Judith, that I have started chatting to still has no grandchild, now a week overdue. The weather was lovely and warm though not as much sun as was forecast.
We went for coffee and the group I went with were really good fun and we had a good laugh, something I haven't had for a long time.
Got back and took Totty out for a walk.
Jon's new golf clubs arrived and are very smart. He unpacked them when he came home for lunch.
I called Margaret and had a chat about her holiday to Brisbane and we decided to go for a walk so I went to meet her at her house and we walked down to the beach on her side of Maungatapu. We have never been over there and so it was all new for Totty and she enjoyed it. I kept her on the leas as it was new and just as well I did as she spotted two ducks and was away after them. We had to turn back as the tide was coming in and we didn't want to get cut off and have to paddle. We were out for about an hour and a half - Oh my poor legs!!!
Got back and tackled more ironing - nearly there but there is more washing drying on the line so more ironing!!
Cooked some nice pork for dinner tonight with white wine.
WEATHER
Not as warm as they said it would be and the sun didn't come out till mid afternoon 19 degrees
