It was sooooo windy through the night and I eventually had to get up and close the window as it was blowing the blind about and it was making a noise and kept waking me. It was very sunny with clear skies when we got up but still very windy.
Jon called from the car showroom to say the man could come out this morning to have a look at my car to give us a price for it so I had to cancel my yoga class.
Totty and I nearly got blown away on our walk but it was very warm.
The man came out and looked at the car and Jon called me later to say they had offered $2,500 so I think we will sell it to Les for that.
Jon couldn't make it home so I had my lunch and then went out to Bethlehem where the Lions are holding the book sale and I spent the afternoon helping there. They have thousands of books and lots of CDs, DVDs and jig saw puzzles and games so hopefully we should make a lot of money.
I got back about 5.00 very dirty and tired so had a cup of tea before taking Totty out and it was still very windy.
I finally managed to speak to Les who says yes she definitely wants the car, which is good.
We had some really good fish for dinner and strawberries for pudding.
