I slept very well despite feeling quite nervous when I went to bed.

I wore my shoes when I took Totty out this morning and as it had rained last night I got very wet feet and had to change my socks before going off to yoga.

The class was much smaller this week and very hard. It is going to take me a long time before I can do the moves she does!

I popped into the supermarket to get some fish for dinner on the way home. It is a really lovely day today.

Just as I got back the phone rang and it was Heather and we spent the next two hours talking! She has lots of things planned for her birthday, I'm sure she will have a lovely time.

I did a bit of housework and then needed to get Jon's shirts ironed. I had done five shirts and was just starting on the T shirts and other bits and there was a terrible smell coming from the iron. I thought it was the clothes as some of them had been dried in the garage but the smell only came from the iron. I was sniffing the iron when I noticed something in the water reservoir and it was a cockroach ugh!!!!!! It must have crawled in when the iron was in the cupboard where I store it and I leave the water flap open to dry it out. I tried to shake it out but there is no way I can get it out. Unless Jon can do it I think we are going to have to buy a new iron as the smell is horrible. Just as well I had done all the shirts before it started to 'cook' and smell.

Jon got home about 6.30 and was very amused about the iron!

We had some nice fish for dinner and a glass of wine.
